This 1930s Valentines Table Runner is a fun little Valentine’s Day table runner or table mat for your any room in your house. What a great piece to anchor the flowers you are expecting for this holiday!
Made of 100% cotton fabrics in red, cream and white. The two off-center blocks feature old school child characters with a loving Valentine messages. I have machine quilted this piece with decorative stitching at each several seams and used a straight stitch on the diagonal for the rest. The fabric on the back is a black and white paisley pattern on a red background. I have machine sewn the binding to the front of the quilt and hand sewn the binding to the back.

I live in a handmade world and there is nothing that says I love you more than handmade! My quilt shop is located in my home, as I live and breath to quilt! Some time ago, I made the decision to turn unemployment into FUN-employment and I have never looked back! I love my life. I now work from home and am able to choose my own hours and be available to participate in my family’s life, all while creating one of a kind quilts. My husband and I have three boys and two grand-daughters.
My hands are never idle, if I am not cutting fabric for a quilt, sewing at my machine or embroidering something, I am hand-sewing binding to the back of an almost finished quilt. I love fabric of all kinds! Quilting completes my world.
