I was sort of forced into early retirement in 1995 I had brain tumor surgery, the tumor was benign, however I was paralyzed on the right side. By the grace of God, much occupational & physical therapy I’ve regained full use of both hands. Crocheting has been great therapy both physical & mental and has help me get through breast cancer treatment. Visit my shop to see all by creations!

My name is Maryann I’ve been married to a wonderful man,Joe for 42 years this past June 29th, we live in Northeastern Pennsylvania, Pocono Mountain resort area. We have no children or pets, just a large extended family & the wildlife around our home, especially the deer and bear.

I was sort of forced into early retirement in 1995 I had brain tumor surgery, the tumor was benign, however I was paralyzed on the right side. By the grace of God, much occupational & physical therapy I’ve regained full use of both hands, wear a brace on my right leg & walk with a cane. Crocheting has been great therapy both physical & mental and has help me get through breast cancer treatment (April, 20080. Unfortunately, cancer came back and I had to have a mastectomy, Dec. 16, 2015.

I’ve been crocheting for over 39 years mostly gifts for family, friends & donations to local charities; till about 14 years ago when asked my friends, family, neighbors, church members, etc. to sell them things, to do craft shows & sell on line. I’ve been selling on line since 2002. I have 100% positive feedback many repeat buyers, worldwide buyers & have made many online friendships over the years.

I especially enjoy crocheting with thread (will use yarn upon request)I take great pride & joy from each item that I create from a simple ball of thread & a hook. Each item is created with care to detail and of course with lots of love. I always enjoy giving a gift that is handmade, hope that you do too. I include a small hand crocheted token thank you gift (i.e. ornament or magnet) with purchase. I use all new materials in my items unless otherwise stated. All items in my shop are handmade by me and only me!!

Thanks for stopping by & getting to know me, looking forward to knowing & doing business with you in the near future.

Love custom orders; just contact me if you would like something in a different color, size or style. Also willing to make a trade with other artist, your item for mine.
