These tiger eye dangle earrings are suspended from niobium loop n latch ear wires, similar to kidney ear wires, but with a more secure loop. These are a part of my interchangeables collection, which allows you to easily mix and match ear wires and dangles. Niobium will not cause or irritate an nickel allergy. This cute style features a rich dark brown tiger eye bead, and small niobium wire spiral dangle. These earrings are 1.5 inches long (3.8 cm).

Donna Jo Wallace – Owner/Artisan
I have run my business from my home in Des Moines, Iowa since 2010. My research about nickel allergies began, originally, because I have the allergy. It became really important to me though, when I began to realize how many other people are affected by this painful, but avoidable condition. I began to think that maybe my hours and hours of research, along with years of struggling with the same questions others have, may finally be put to good use.
I have learned my art by experimenting, by reading, and by listening. I try to learn all the time from every on-line and off-line source I have available to me. I have a love of wire wrapping and a fondness for rocks. I am always trying new techniques, materials and ideas. I create with very few preconceived notions of what the end product will be.
Locally, I do a few art shows a year in and around Des Moines, Iowa. I have shown at Indianola, Marshalltown, Story City, and a few different locations around Des Moines. I always enjoy the interaction with the community, and the instant feedback I get about my work. I definitely learn some things here that I simply couldn’t learn any other way.
Please let me know if you have questions for me. One of the advantages of “Shopping Small” is that it’s not hard to communicate with the person in charge. I can adjust a particular piece of jewelry, change shipping methods to meet your needs, or at least listen to your questions and do my best to respond.
